Not round here thanks. I am quite happy with plain text. linux is a plain text kinda thing, problems are easily described and fixes are often changes to plain text config files. Problems that need to be illustrated, eg with a screenshot, can be solved with people putting said sceenshot on a server (like the free homepages ISP's seem to hand out). I prefer the message over the pictures. As I say to my son when he does his homework: Get the text down, and stop futzing with the formatting! People value form over function far too much these days.
