You're asking someone who peddles a (far better!) competitor to SA how to set 
it up! Sorry, I *really* don't know. IIRC you use postfix... they plug in there 
pretty well. Either way, I'm sure googling spamassassin/rbl/howto you'll find 
what you're after.

Now, if you used sendmail/qmail, then I'd be trying to sell you a really nice 
bridge at this time (:
