and I believe I have an old works cd - but it is not one of the most recent versions. is that any help? or are you really wanting only the latest version? it might be that you need to collect a few versions though (so your project may not be limited to one filter). one of the pains of receiving a works file is that it seems that the file format varies between versions. i say this because of my experience with the filters - there at least 2 available, and if you don't have the right one installed for the particular version of works file you receive, it won't open in word.
