Usually the tv card is input only. Often a video card will have tv out -
composite or s-video. As Barry has a composite input on his TV this
would probably be the best one to look for on a video card, although if
you can only find a video card that does s-video out then there is a
convertor at DSE (P1471, $7.48)
Computer Broker/Future had some second hand video cards with tv out
recently. Of course that assumes Barry can put in a video card - theres
often an AGP slot even in computers with on board video.
