Its simply a matter of respect to the list provider. Don't abuse a (presently) free privilege. If you want to potentially defame someone Don, do it on your own website. Naming and shaming someone for microsoft-abuse is hardly effective here, his friends are unlikely to be reading it. End of topic IMHO.
