From the article:

It costs money to protect the rights of the community.
I personally would like to know who's buying DLink product and boycot
their products and services until D-Link stump up with the costs.
First DLink used community based efforts to their advantage (that's ok!)
but then they break some fairly simple rules!
This is why I asked if it was a product Xtra are using. I'm sure I saw
it in their ads.
