From the article:

"D-Link has agreed to stop distributing the product following a complaint by the GPL-Violations Project, but has refused to reimburse the project for its legal and research costs."

It costs money to protect the rights of the community.

I personally would like to know who's buying DLink product and boycot their products and services until D-Link stump up with the costs.

First DLink used community based efforts to their advantage (that's ok!) but then they break some fairly simple rules!

This is why I asked if it was a product Xtra are using. I'm sure I saw it in their ads.
