In that case, you could probably just use MEncoder for it like so:
mencoder dvd://1 -ovc frameno -oac mp3lame -of rawaudio -lameopts
br=320:cbr -o music.mp3

This tells it to take DVD track 1, ignore the video, use mp3lame as
the audio codec, encode as raw audio, get the LAME codec to encode at
a constant bitrate of 320kbps, and finally output to music.mp3.

Since there are three tracks, you'll have to do it for dvd://1,
dvd://2 and dvd://3
