True, it's not guaranteed, and there is a lot of variance from what I 
understand. A lot of people are getting very low speeds.

It will be interesting to see what happens on the 26th when the rollover to 
Fullspeed/Fullspeed is meant to happen. Actually the thing I'm more excited 
about is being able to get the interleaving removed from my connection which 
should drop the latency to local servers by about half.

My connection (3.5/512) usually runs pretty well (results below)

Download Speed: 2517 kbps (314.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 405 kbps (50.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
