Dunno if this is relevant but...
I use an FX5200 and it is now classed as 'Legacy', and will not work with the latest drivers. I have to use the relevant download from http://www.nvidia.com/object/unix.html ( 1.0.7184, not 1.0-8774 ) to get it to work.
The GeForce 6200 is on the same list for this driver.
