Hi, Well, the 600E is going well, but mum decided she wanted a new one anyway. I picked up a new NEC for $1000, but it has Windows XP on it.
I have posted this message to nzlug too, for wider solicitation of advice. So, is it possible in New Zealand to return the copy of Windows XP that is supplied with a new laptop? The box is still sealed. If it's possible, what is the procedure, and has anyone done it and succeeded? How much money is refunded to you, the customer? Thanks in advance, Andrew
