I installed VMWare Server and I am very impressed with its speed after previously using Qemu (I have 2Gb RAM so that helps)
With Qemu you can start up a virtual machine from a command e.g. qemu -hda ~/qemu/winxppro.img -boot c -m 768 -localtime Is there a way to do the same with VMWare or do I have to continue to open VMWare, select the Virtual Machine and then "power it on"? I have found that it can be done with vmplayer but not yet found how to do it with vmware server. Rob
