Their model numbers suggest they have nvidia geforce 6200 series chips. They're good chips to use with Linux; nv driver with xorg.org. For 3D though you'll need the binary only "nvidia" driver, which works well (until you upgrade your kernel, at which point you'll have to relink the driver module). For the record, the 6600 chips are noticably more powerfull at little extra cost. The 6200TC version is particularly stripped of speed.
