Yes, I'm pretty sure. When I first noticed it I tried pinging a host in the UK whose IP address I knew, then I tried pinging a named host. Pinging the numbered host was successful, pinging by name was not. Also, my Skype session remained active all the time- usually you can see it drop and retry the connection to the net when it flakes out. A
