It's definitely _the_ tool to use for this job. (And yes, I have
literally trawled through every vaguely applicable Debian unstable
package looking for a the best tool for this task.)

Use the Shift and Control keys on the diff screen to toggle between
* simple copy diff left vs copy diff right arrows
* to delete left block vs delete right block X marks.
* to Copy {left vs Right} / insert {before vs after} arrows.
