Ah now that is what I call simple instructions :-) I have been to that site many times, but not that particular page. I now realize where I was going wrong with installing stuff. I was not choosing the correct tab, Software_Management. Doh! No wonder it did not make sense. I think I now have the installing stuff from CD down to an art. Next step will be to move onto installing things that are not on CD. I just have to make sure I don't get sidetracked to playing Frozen Bubble whenever I go near the Suse PC :-) Reg
