Yes. Dropped it in another machine and did that.
Fixed the first problem.

I want to set some monitoring in place to see what was causing the load
before the crash.
What's the best way to do this?
I'd use uptime to monitor the load and to trigger a sequence of ps >> logfile
calls as frequently as needed when the load exceeds the trigger point.
