For MS Windows? There are some versions of tar for MS WinWhatever. there are also several iso9660 burning utilities I'm aware of, but don't myself use. (I installed the Nero enchilada for St Albans office, but couldn't get its backup function to work with their resident accountancy package - the results of using monolithic software, which you can't link one-by-one to other, equally useful functions.
