AmaroK-1.4.3 [1] plays the ConcertFM stream absolutely perfectly on my ThinkPad.
The data rate bounces around between 2 and 6 KBytes/second so that should, hopefully, be ok even over dial-up. I'm more than somewhat surprised and most impressed, because when I went to the RNZ audio page and just clicked on the link to the Concert FM stream. ( http://www.radionz.co.nz/audio/live/concert ) AmaroK started in the background and crystal clear audio floated out of the headphones. [1] http://amarok.kde.org/
