No it's not, and as far as I am concerned, it's very annoying, as it's
yet another thing one spends heaps of time learning about but which
gives no tangible bottom line benefit - afterall what it's doing for me
is pretty much exactly the same as what Linux does for me. The BSD
people can argue about that as long as they want, that's what it looks
like from where I sit.

I'd be interested in that talk too - can you include a list of reading
references which are aimed at knowledgable Linux users and which are
efficient to use for getting a basic handle on running BSD?
