once the recommendation here was to have googled for 10 minutes before
posting a question.  i personally like that level of simplicity for a
"policy" . . .

i've often spent far longer trying to find the answer myself first,
indeed it may well be hours, but if you don't know what the question
should be in the first place it's hard to get a start - even if you've
been trying for a while!
