The bad news is that this is one of the winmodems I warned you about. Making it work appears to be a non-trivial procedure, involving kernel recompilation and the maintenance issues that this entails. Internal modem manufacturers are sadly notorious for designing devices that need special software to make them work, and then only writing the software for some kinds of Windows. It is achievable, however if you have the option of using a real modem instead, take it. Vik :v)
