Ouch, I'm going to take that personally.

It was a comment on the mess the education system got itself into
funding every course, tinpot or gold plated, it was not intended to
relect on your course at all.

When I first joined CLUG David was talking about doing some training courses. I was concerned that I don't have any formal training as a trainer.

Nick, I know exactly where you were coming from... and I'm sure you know that no offense was taken at all.

I do have to confess that I still feel a little 'out there' trying to run a training course for something that I really am passionate about but don't have any formal education in doing.

However, having said this, most of us Linux geeks are self taught, aren't we. If I didn't do it, then who would?
