The bittorrent protocol pre-allocates disk space and then puts your data in 
that space. Early versions used to reserve all the disk blocks needed at the 
start of running the program. I believe current versions reserve disk space 
chunk by chunk. Thus you are probably near the start of getting the last 
block.
