For just a few months, the StAlbans CRC hall side lights were out of
commission, so we ran in screen-relected light only for that time. These

problem? Plonkers having to designate plonkees helps no-one.
That is, if we wish to grow unfragmented User community(s), then admin &
social topics require an alternative channel. A php-based forum would
seem most appropriate for a 'CLUG', and it's a pity we didn't realise
that before David's OSTC forum site fell over. Long, edit-in discussion
text pages, on the clug wiki, we could start today.
