Perhaps the legally inclined amongst use may choose to strengthen and
tighten the language in this document to make it as binding as the
originals it mocks...

READ CAREFULLY. By [accepting this material|accepting this

from all obligations and waivers arising from any and all
   NON-NEGOTIATED agreements, licenses, terms-of-service, shrinkwrap,
   clickwrap, browsewrap, confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-compete
and acceptable use policies ("BOGUS AGREEMENTS") that I have
entered into with your employer, its partners, licensors, agents
and assigns, in perpetuity, without prejudice to my ongoing rights
and privileges. You further represent that you have the authority
to release me from any BOGUS AGREEMENTS on behalf of your employer.

Sigh! I keep telling business folk that harsh EULA's are public relations
disasters. Why spend huge sums convincing people you are nice, and
trustworthy and you like and trust them....

...and then slap an EULA on your product that makes explicit and
abundantly and legalistically clear that you neither like or trust
them, indeed you harbour grave suspicions about their intentions and
honesty whilst reserving the right to perform ethically dubious
actions yourself!

Sigh! It's one of the many reasons I love using Linux and Open Source.

"Oh everybody does that, it just there to keep the lawyers happy..."

Maybe. However every customer I have met feels a little let down and
bitter at meeting one of these things after having layed out large
chunks of hard cash...

I wonder when the first jury will accept the argument that the phrase
"I Accept" has long meant in Common Usage, "Get Lost you Frustrating
Clueless Bunch of @%$#!"

After reading endless streams of guff about limitations,
jurisdictions, blah blah blah.. Oh! How sweet it is to simply read..

"There is no warranty. If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces."
