Ok, do you have Davids' modem setup yet? You'll probably have to use
wvdial at this point BUT wvdial is not on the download cds, so give me

Then once you have that running you will need to get the x11 related
updates (about 58mb worth !!)
Not much compared to the urpmi.update -a I'm doing at present, which I'm
guessing I didn't really need to do as I've just added the sources as well.
Probably the best option is to go to: http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/ and
setup your media sources from there.
Way ahead of you.... got that going earlier.
I could send you my set if it helps, however doing nearly 2.2GB of
updates and security fixes via dial-up is little time consuming too :-)
I have a solution for that too, David has my phone number, give me a
call - anytime up to 5.00AM

Also going to look at getting a vesa driver going, as that's all that's
