I've read http://www.xfce.org/documentation/4.2/manuals/xfce-mcs-plugins

I've got it installed according to apt, but I can't find the screens they're reffering to.

Help?

Cheers Don

Section "Screen"
         Identifier "Default Screen"
         Device "Generic Video Card"
         Monitor "Generic Monitor"
         DefaultDepth 24
         SubSection "Display"
                 Depth 1
                 Modes "1024x768"

Hi Don,
I have had a similar problem running Ubuntu 5.10 and other Distros on
an older machine and was able to overcome it by changing:

          DefaultDepth 24
to
         DefaultDepth 16 or DefaultDepth 15

Hope this is of some help.

Regards
