I'm from Grovetown (Blenheim to people outside Marlborough), but I don't visit internet cafes. The closest I've come is when I went to Nelson and paid cafenet $10 for wireless access from my laptop over a 24 hour period (which I used at Nelson Airport and Richmond library).
