CIA is in Riccarton No? Reminds me of a shop that used to be in the Windmill Centre. Computers In Action. I bought a retrospectively very expensive laptop there around 1992. It was a 386sx with 2MB Ram and some piddly hard drive. It had a 2400 modem which would connect to ChCh bulletin boards when you could get a connection.
