You're looking in the right place then, for sure.
Perhaps i have more to learn, given that etch tends to come with gnome as it's
default "desktop environment", and Ubuntu is Debian based...........
Further info for everyone's benefit.. We run liveCDs and take it from
there - answer Q's or supply a lesson, depending on what people want.
Bu the main attraction is.. Two Hour's Free/nix Internet Use (barring
large downloads), guided or autonomous depending on user requirements.
So the only structured moment is when we tweak the proxy settings of
each live-distro, to put it online. BYO is fine, and we have giveaway
Ubuntu and free tuition for all the rest.
..So after due consideration, that's a 'yes please Steve' for the latest
Sabayon.
