Try TradeMe- there is a guy there selling imported SLA batteries for 
reasonable prices.  Search for 'SLA' or 'rossy'.  One the size you quoted 
(but 28Ah capacity) is $95 buy now.  I have no idea on shipping charges.

Your other options are Jaycar, Dick Smith, or a burglar alarm place.  I 
bought mine from a place in Sydenham a couple of years ago (they are used 
as backups in alarm systems).  I went back a few months ago for some other 
stuff and they refused to talk to me as they were now dealing only with 
actual clients, not the general public.  I had all the right change and 
everything.
