Now that's just asking for trouble ... The easiest answer (and there's quite a bit of this in the list archives) is "use my favourite distro". A less committal one is "it depends on what you're comfortable with". If you're perfectly happy with suse, stick with it. If you'd like to experiment with a different interface and a different way of doing things, many people are recommending Ubuntu or Mepis. Although there may be one that's best for *you*, distros are like beer -- there is no "best" one overall. (Although vi is clearly superior to emacs). HTH, Roy.
