Is it possible to get the internet without paying for a voice connection in ChCh, or do we have to wait for unbundling to really bite?
This is an enquiry on behalf of a friend who will be living in Sumner, with no Woosh coverage and probably no Telstra cable coverage. He doesn't mind having a phone line for adsl, but doesn't want to pay $30 odd per month for a voice connection he won't use (his employer pays for a cell phone). -- Nick Rout
