I was thinking of setting up a web page so people could order individual
pages. The book is 107 pages long. Sticker stock is expensive for the
good stuff that doesn't just fall off. Many of the pages don't make
good use of the stock. I was half thinking of downloading the source
and making up better pages that can be printed to use all the stock.

If you print off a small stock, you may get something for them on SFD.
Or we could buy a book off you, for extra giveaways.
