The way to get a large corporation to do something is to write a very
polite, yet firm, letter to the chairman of the board explaining
exactly what the problem it. Hand written on bond notepaper. Send it
by registered, personal delivery post, or courier. Keep a notary
witnessed copy. Repeat after a week if no effect. Now repeat the
exercise with open postcards daily until you see action. Again keep
copies of everything you send. Take care with good manners, grammar
and spelling.

This usually produces results.
