Apparently, it takes the presence of the "volatile" repository in your
apt sources.list.

And yes, I'd never heard of that category until today, either :-) But
on review, it looks like it's a reasonable idea, so I guess I have to
look at adding it everywhere ...

However, my servers don't really need it in this case, because they're
all running in UT instead of NZST. This helps to avoid time jumps in
the log files :-) You could always move your server timezone to GMT+13
manually for the duration, or patch TZ files by hand, or ... yeah, I
know.
