The file dates in the openSUSE-10.3 we offer are 27 and 28 Sept. 2007

Keeping the updates in order is something I have not so far considered
to any depth. I _might_ be able to d/l the smaller intermediate delta
files and update our archive weekly, but I, personally, can't offer to
get full .rpm files for every little change.

Advice on a solution to this problem is actively sought.

Time will tell. Let's try to get the thing off the ground before we
attempt global circumnavigation. :-)
