But I do have 4 DLT 4 cartridges you can have as long as you promise to wipe them (: Be aware that the fundamental problem with this system was that the metal loop leader could fall off the tape. This caused so much damage that the drives were scrapped at that point - well they were by both Sun and Digital engineers anyway. I haven't used them for a long while as you can tell as DEC disappeared a long time ago ): Shame really as I always thought is was such an elegant solution compared to all of the other cartridge systems I used to use. These days I use SATA drives... see other thread. Oh, I've got a few SCSI cards lying around as well... don't think I want to use them again unless someone else is paying! Cheers, Steve PS.
