In principle I have no problems.

However I am somewhat apprehensive that, by your definition of the
AUP, the list could become both a 'Tenderers Gazette' for small jobs,
and also a haven for H.R. consultants trying to locate operators who
could use products such as Open Office. Frankly, I don't fancy having
to wade through dozens of either type of posting. Or, for that matter,
dozens of 'Work Wanted - I can type using OOo' pleading adverts.

Difficult to know how to draw the line.
