I've upgraded phpwiki to 1.3.14, which correctly fixes the errors by
fixing the code that caused them, rather than by supressing error
messages.
A couple of other things have failed to make the migration, I've noted
them on the site and will have a hack at them as and when I get time.

A matter of taste. Just don't use domain names that don't give you the
site you wanted. Bookmarks?

Noted. The server runs in UTC, of course, which is the only sensible
timezone for a server to be in. Users should be in geographic
timezones, servers shouldn't. A user can understand having two 2.30ams
once a year; servers don't need to deal with that sort of thing.
