OK then.

For March we could have a show & tell session how people have set up
their home networks.

I have a 4 machine set-up:-
An IPCop Gateway box. It's go a few addons to make it a bit more useful.
( To keep Volker happy I now have a Ban Outgoing Traffic addon. Help
with a sensible blocking rule-set would be appreciated )
A Dual P/III machine. It has a CUPS-driven printer attached, is the
file store, and uses distcc to help with compilations.
A ThinkPad with a wireless card running an Ad-hoc route to the IPCOP box.
Caleb's AMD 2500+ machine which he uses to run Blender etc... etc...

I could bring it and explain how I set up the networking.

However I'm sure that other people would be both better and more
knowledgeble than I.

Folks interested?

For preperation / homework read.

RUTE Book Chapters 25 and 26.

There are of course many other books on the subject.
