Hello again,

First of all, thank you for the advice on using vanilla kernels. Now I need some advice on something else, but before I ask my question, I will tell you a little bit about what I've been doing...

I am an adventure game fan (not freak, just fond of that kind of video game), and I wanted to craeate my own first-person adventure game, with a Myst-like interface, and I have an engine to do it with, I have ideas for an environment, I have a text editor (okay, that was a no-brainer), but I CAN NOT use Blender, I've tried tutorials, but I just can't get the hang of it. I know what I want, but I can't get the blobs to do quite what I want them to. If Blender was The GIMP, what would be TuxPaint? Or is there a way to make the interface in Blender simpler?

Bottom line: I want something simpler than Blender (I think it's a great program, but not what I want), does anyone know of a program that might be what I'm looking for? Like the TuxPaint of open source 3D modeling software.

Thanks,
Aidan
