One brand I keep seeing is Eizo. (http://www.eizo.com/) Maybe they are suitable for your application? Alternatively take a look at NextWindow (http://www.nextwindow.com/). They build position sensors that are put at the edge of the screen (which means your screen can be put behind a layer of toughened glass). Don't know about Linux support, but it does work on a Mac (which is a sign of hope), oh and they're a Kiwi company too. Andrew
