For the "adc" bit, probably any usb-audio cound device with mic-in or line-in (depending perhaps what levels and impedance the mic has, after you have run it through your pre-amp.) See the other thread re usb-audio devices. DSE and Jaycar have pre-amp kits, quality unknown to me. Maybe it would be cheaper/easier to buy a good quality usb-mic or headset?
