It went well. A very acceptable turnout - I did not actually count the numbers, but there was easily enough cash taken to pay the hall fees and pay for the milk and bikkies.
Several new faces. At least one was looking into using Linux in his business. I have successfully passed the responsibility of organising the meeting to Zane. Julia gave us an entertaining and interesting account of the tribulations of a non-technical person moving from a Microsoft Office environment to using Open Office. We successfully skirted around a verbal flamefest about "Which is the best Distro" A v. good evening overall.
