I tend to agree with many of the points made here so far.
I think all communications regarding an offer of work should be off list.
I don't think there should be any on list discussion about the request
it self. As we've seen this week it only leads to people becoming annoyed.
I think that everything should be in moderation. If we start seeing
post after post with job offers then we need to revisit this.
I also agree with the person who said this list should not become a 'for
sale' department - that's what TradeMe is for, with the expectation of
the "Going to a good home" (I'm bias, I like those ones :) :) :)
