Highly recommended.
I gave it a try a few weeks ago. A couple of gotchas I came across: - the Ubuntu install reset my system (hardware) clock to UTC, which caused problems when logging in to XP (network time and system time were wildly different, and I was unable to log in until I'd reset the clock in BIOS) - if XP has suffered a hard shutdown the filesystem is marked as unclean, and the Ubuntu system is unable to mount the filesystem until it has been "cleaned" during the XP bot process. Otherwise very impressed. Cheers, Roy.
