Which also says that restarting the browser clears the cache. And Steve said he'd done that. Steve, check that no other copies of firefox are running. The check the proxy settings - if you use a proxy, the cache of the proxy becomes the relevant one. Drove me bananas once until I remembered I was using privoxy...
