I don't think it's all over quite yet. There is another hearing on Aug. 13th. The question of Hans' sanity has been raised. If postings to the dev. list is anything to go by ReiserFS is seeing a little burst of activity fixing small bugs primarily by one Jeff Mahoney from SuSE. Reiser4 is being maintained, but not developed, by one Edward Shishkin who is one the original Russian team members. i.e. bugs are being fixed and new patch sets being created for each new kernel release. There have been one or two very tentative suggestions to fork Reiser4 -- Sincerely etc. Christopher Sawtell
