From the specs:

Are you nuts? I'd want something which I can rely on still working
tomorrow. That rules out FAT anything. Heck I've had to reformat my
camera cards several times because some whacko device went bananas.

Does it serve files in anything more useful than Microsoft network
shares (which won't store half the unix information)?

You want to rely on a no-cost consumer-grade (translation: el-cheapo
unreliable designed down-to-a-price not up-to-a-standard) device, which
by necessity has security tacked on as an afterthought? Hopefully only
for your LAN, not to the Internet?

Oh and does it even work with Linux? I don't see that mentioned.
